To each requirement can be entered a degree of importance of accomplishment and a degree of success of accomplishment. Qualification requirements in a codebook can be divided into groups as defined by a user - formal education, required experience, other courses (including periodical ones), safety of operation, psychological requirements, personal characteristic, physical requirements, knowledge of in-house regulations etc.
