Your dates of processing are obligatory for us. The user support takes its course in our centre virtually whenever – according to needs and time conditions of our users. Users are not limited in utilizing our telephone consultations or in any other form of support. Whenever you need our help, you will get her quickly, effectively, within the bounds of annual service charge and without a need of any other payments.
Users can be helped by phone, e-mail, through an access to the internet help-desk of the company. If necessary, our support comes immediately (wage closings, deadlines for application or deregistration etc.) especially when we have a distant connection to a computer system of a customer.
